We totally understand that life happen and things can come up! That said, once you book an appointment with us, that time is reserved exclusively for you. If your scheduled time no longer works, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice. Canceling ahead of time allows us the opportunity to offer that spot to another guest on our waitlist. You can cancel or reschedule by emailing themachairstudio@gmail.com, texting or calling 817-756-1035, or online through Gloss Genius. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to a 20% charge. No-call, no-show or same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
